We are a cashless business. Payments are collected through weekly invoices. Accepted payment methods include Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and linked bank accounts.
-
You do not unless there is a group session where an instructor needs additional coverage of the steps. But you are ALWAYS welcome to join in on a lesson.
-
We encourage parents of toddlers to join in the water for the first few lessons to help reduce stranger and separation anxiety. Our goal for children of all ages is to build a trusting relationship between your child and their instructor. Once this trust is established, your child will gain confidence in the water, and real progress can begin.

Of course! We completely understand how exciting summer can be. Please let us know in advance if you plan to be out of town or need to skip a lesson. Keep in mind that consistent attendance is key to your child’s swimming progress.
Important: If you have a recurring weekly lesson and miss more than two lessons within a 4-week period, we may ask you to choose a new time slot or book lessons weekly based on your availability.
-
You are responsible for paying for all lessons in the 4-week session you signed up for. Your card on file will be charged for the remaining lessons.
If you are a recurring family and wish to discontinue lessons after your first month, please notify us by the end of the current month so we can offer your spot to a family on our waitlist.

We will cancel lessons if lightning is nearby or if extreme winds create unsafe conditions. Please note that weather in your location may differ from ours, and we do not cancel lessons due to rain. If your lesson is canceled because of lightning or extreme wind, we will do our best to reschedule it for another day that week.
Important: You may cancel a lesson due to weather up to 3 hours before its start time if lessons are still scheduled to continue. If you cancel after this grace period and we have not canceled lessons, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
-
Cancellations for the Jellyfish and Starfish Stroke Class programs must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, a $50 fee will be charged to the card on file.
Weather Exception: If poor weather arises, we will text you in the morning to confirm whether lessons will proceed. You have up to 3 hours before your lesson to cancel due to weather if lessons are still scheduled. If you cancel after this grace period and we have not canceled lessons, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
-
If you are not satisfied with your instructor or the way that your lesson went, we offer a full refund of unused lesson credit towards your next lesson. We will attempt to fix the issue and/or switch instructors if there is a problem that is unresolved.

The relationship between parents/students and instructors is through Swimming with Miss Londy LLC. Soliciting a Swimming with Miss Londy instructor to schedule lessons outside of our program is prohibited, may result in the instructor losing their job, and could lead to legal action for breach of contract.
When contacting instructors, it is essential to use the designated instructor line to ensure the integrity and smooth operation of the Swimming with Miss Londy LLC program. Students, parents, and guardians are not permitted to bypass the program under any circumstances.
